Retaining anonymity

The Careers Development Service setup gives you the option of remaining anonymous in any employer searches, ie your name and contact details will not be made available to any potential employers without your permission.

How will potential employers contact me if I choose to remain anonymous?

How to set up your anonymous registration:

  1. Before registering you will need to contact the Institute to obtain an email box address, and provide details of your current personal email address to which messages should be forwarded. This can be done by emailing the form below.
  2. When you have received details of your email box address, you will need to complete the registration process, entering the IOM³ box address as your email address. On registration, you will need to provide a contact phone number. This will not be made available to employers using the Careers Development Service. The contact number will only be used by CDS administrative staff.
  3. You will be required to upload your CV when you are setting up your Personal Career Profile, however if you choose to remain anonymous, potential employers will not be able to access your CV from the CDS site. If an employer wishes to see your CV, either
